Drawing to bring joy! That’s a mantra that really captures the essence of my work. From a strictly personal standpoint, drawing has always been a part of who I am and has always brought me joy. So, when it comes to professional illustration, I really love the idea of conveying one or more emotions through my creations, building connections, and bringing joy through a positive aesthetic. It’s worth noting that colors play a huge role in this concept. I’m very curious about the symbolism of colors, and I’m convinced that colors have an impact on how we feel. So, it comes completely naturally to me to play with bright, cheerful colors to create posters full of positive energy, postcards that make people smile, or notebooks brimming with energy.
